I'm Ahmed Khalifa, founder and pilot of SkyRaid Drones, an aerial-data provider based in Greater Manchester. I write every report the way a Finance Director who's bought and built would want to receive one — what it means for your price, not just photos and a defect list.
Before this, I was Finance Director of a property-investment company and its construction company - on the same building, on both sides of the table. That job was never really about spotting problems — it was about sitting across the table from someone who had to decide: proceed with a purchase or renegotiate, repair something now or defer it, release a retention or hold it, settle a claim or defend it. The number on its own never made that decision. What made it was whether the number was backed by evidence you could actually stand behind.
That's the gap SkyRaid fills. Most aerial inspection reports stop at "here's a defect, here's roughly what it costs." Cost is genuinely one of the things our data supports — that's still true and still valuable. But it isn't the whole job. A property investor deciding whether to complete on a purchase, a managing agent deciding which block gets budget this year, an insurer or loss adjuster deciding whether a claim stands up, a developer's project manager deciding whether a contractor's work is where it should be — none of them are only asking "what does this cost." They're asking "what do I do." Every SkyRaid report is built to answer that question, not just the one before it.

Not just a routine survey — evidence for a decision.
