Decision-grade aerial data for any roof, building or site: clear high-resolution photographs, a written report you can act on, and a measured 2D map, 3D model or other data output where the job needs one. One visit covers the whole site, with no scaffold or access tower to arrange. The same capability covers construction progress monitoring, survey data capture, insurance evidence and housing disrepair documentation, each described below.
A single visit covers the whole building or site — clear photographs, a written report and a prioritised list of what needs attention, usually within days. We inspect only — we don't do repairs, so the report has nothing to sell you.
Tiles, slates, sheet roofs, flat roofs, storm damage, moss and staining. Ridges, hips, valleys, verges, roof abutments, dormers, rooflights, and vents.
Gutters, downpipes, outlets, hoppers, box gutters. We catch blockages, sagging, overflow staining, and vegetation before they cause real damage.
Stacks, pots, cowls, flaunching, and pointing. We spot spalling brickwork, damaged flashings and leadwork, and any visible leaning or deterioration.
Brickwork, stonework, render, cladding, and gable walls. We document cracking, open joints, staining, damp marks, and vegetation growth.
Windows, doors, lintels, and sills. We check for failed sealant, staining below sills, cracks above openings, and signs of movement
Parapets, copings, upstands, and edge trims. We catch open joints, cracked coping stones, staining, and ponding before they become leaks.
Roof plant, HVAC units, cable routes, and mounting frames. We also check solar panel condition, bird nesting, and cabling. Solar panel checks are visual condition only — not a thermal or hot-spot survey.
Scaffold and MEWP planning support, fragile-roof risk assessment, and tight-access surveys — so you know what you're dealing with before booking traditional access.
Every area inspected, captured in sharp detail — the evidence behind every finding in your report, not just a summary.
Defect-by-defect findings with risk ratings, so you know exactly what needs attention first.
A stitched, measurable overhead view of the whole site — see the full picture, not just individual photos.
Rotate, measure, and share a full photogrammetric model of the building — ideal for specialist review or client presentations.
Storm damage, insurance support, water ingress evidence, and before/after repair comparisons, packaged for the specific decision you're making.
Point cloud, DXF, OBJ, or FBX exports for architects, engineers, and planning teams.
Stockpile, excavation and materials estimation data, on request, via our drone software's built-in volumetric tool.
Sample property, Manchester. Aerial visuals with the measured facts on screen: plot size, roof dimensions and parking. Your listing answers a tenant's first questions before the viewing.
For live construction projects, we can schedule repeat aerial visits across the build programme — giving you a dated, high-resolution visual record of progress at each stage. Useful for client updates, funder reporting or your own site records, without the cost of arranging a recurring site visit. For developers, funders and main contractors.
The Matrice 4E carries RTK-capable positioning hardware, so aerial data can be captured with tighter positional accuracy than standard GPS. If you're a surveyor, engineer or technical team that needs RTK-tagged imagery, orthomosaics or point clouds to build into your own survey deliverables, we can capture and hand over the raw data to your specification.
We hold Coptrz's UAVs in the Insurance Industry certification, alongside full £2M public liability and £50K professional indemnity cover. For insurers, brokers, loss adjusters or property owners, we provide clear photographic and written evidence of building condition — useful for claims, renewals or disputes over existing damage.
Aerial external evidence of disrepair — render failure, roof damage, water ingress, structural cracking — to support an existing housing disrepair claim. Instruction is taken only from a solicitor or landlord with a claim already underway; we don't source or solicit work directly from tenants. For solicitors and housing associations handling disrepair claims.
For letting agents and landlords marketing offices, industrial units or mills to let. Edited aerial stills and a short video to win the enquiry, plus an indicative aerial site plan and a one-page roof photo sheet that answer a tenant's first questions before the viewing: how much space, where to park, and what state the roof is in. Site-plan areas are indicative, not survey-grade.
A drone survey is a visual external inspection. It doesn't replace a formal RICS building survey, a structural engineer's assessment, an asbestos survey, an electrical test or a roof-access inspection. Where we find something that needs a specialist, we'll say so clearly — inspecting and reporting is what we do, not a substitute for a qualified assessment where one's needed. We also don't currently offer thermal or heat-loss imaging — if that's what you need, ask us.
Tell us the address and what's going on — a roof, a facade, a live build, an insurance claim, a housing disrepair matter. We'll come back within one working day with what we'd inspect and what it would cost. We inspect only — we don't do repairs, so the report has nothing to sell you.
